چکیده
Background: Rheumatoid factor (RF) and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptides (anti-CCP) are two highly specific laboratory markers for rheumatoid arthritis. However, they can also be found in other chronic inflammatory arthritis such as psoriatic (Psa). Objectives: The aim of our study is to analyze the different epidemiological paraclinical characteristics seropositive Methods: Descriptive analytical retrospective from January 2010 December 2020 conducted Department Rheumatology University Hospital Ibn Rochd, Casablanca. Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with according CASPAR or ASAS 2009 criteria, regardless immunological status (RF/anti-CCP). were then divided into groups: (positive anti-CCP / positive RF) seronegative. A univariate was performed by jamovi version 1.2.27 Results: 80 enrolled. 22 (Group 1) 58 seronegative 2). Clinical and radiological damage in psoriatic arthritis.
BACKGROUND Psoriatic arthritis may progress to joint damage. Joint damage may be assessed clinically, by identifying deformed, fused, or flail joints, or radiologically, by recording erosions, joint space narrowing, ankylosis, lysis, or surgery. The relation between clinical and radiological damage is unclear. OBJECTIVE To study the ordering of clinical and radiological damage detection, and ...
متن کاملPsoriatic arthritis: epidemiology, clinical features, course, and outcome.
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) has been defined as a unique inflammatory arthritis associated with psoriasis. Its exact prevalence is unknown, but estimates vary from 0.3% to 1% of the population. The clinical features described initially are recognised by most experienced clinicians, although they are most distinct in early disease. Initially, PsA typically presents as an oligoarticular and mild di...
